Do I need to download the Helpr app?

You do not need to download the app, the app is only for booking parents and families. 

You will however need to set up an account with us. We call this your Provider Portal. Set up must be done on a computer and after that, you can access the portal on your phone. If you do not have access to a computer, please let us know and we are happy to assist you with set-up over the phone, 877-417-4883.
