How to cancel care quickly if you experience an emergency
- We understand the cancellation form takes time to fill out. If you are in an emergency situation, please send both the family and Helpr a quick text to let us know you can’t make it to care. The priority should be a text to the family.
- The family’s contact information can be found in your booking confirmation email. We recommend saving this after you accept a job until the job has been completed.
- The most important thing to remember when you need to cancel care, is that some communication is better than no communication. Please do not do not leave a family stranded. A communicative cancellation is a kind cancellation.
