How to remove a block on text messages from Helpr

The Helpr Team sends out text messages to helprs to share information about open bookings. 

If you've intentionally or unintentionally blocked texts messages from Helpr, here are the steps to remove that block so you can receive text messages from our team:

• Option 1: Check your block list in settings and unblock our number. Look for the last 4 digits of our # which are 9138
• Option 2: Text UNSTOP to 844-875-2955
