How can I update my COVID-19 vaccination status with Helpr?

Helpr families specify their preference around care provider vaccination status at the time of booking. Your vaccination status will be marked in your app profile and included in the family’s booking confirmation.

In order to accept ‘vaccinated care provider only’ bookings, helprs must upload proof of full vaccination. Some families are requesting boosted helprs, so please upload your booster information as soon as possible. 

When you upload a vaccination card, connect with us so we can update your status. You may not accept Helpr jobs where a COVID-19 vaccinated sitter is requested until we confirm your profile has been updated.
