How do I adjust the hours worked for a booking?

If you work more or less hours than booked, you can update the billing team through your portal. You must adjust your hours within 24 hours of the booking end time.


  1. Select "View details" on a booking in the "Completed Bookings" tab in your portal.
  2. Then select "Adjust hours worked"
    1. We bill on the quarter hour so please round to the nearest 15 minute mark when reporting hour changes.
  3. Or you can email hello@helpr-app.com - just make sure to include the booking ID number and the additional or less hours worked.
