What are the qualifications to apply?

All sitters who apply to become helprs must pass our rigorous, multi-step screening process to be added to our platform. Qualifications include - 

• A minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience (with non-family members)
• Complete a virtual interview
• Complete Helpr's screening process (Helpr will cover all costs for these checks): 
  • Motion based ID verification & fraud detection
  • Ongoing criminal & federal background check
  • Social media review
  • Government validation
• Provide at least three professional, childcare related references for qualitative checks
• Have current CPR certification or become certified prior to being added to platform
